Ordered a Hisense ULED 75" TV. AO.com kept me up to date with delivery progress and it arrived within notified time frame. Delivery men (not AO.com) were quick and efficient. I unpacked the television, set it up and discovered problems with the screen - it was loose in it's frame - and the bezel had scratches along the bottom length. Without fuss, AO.com arranged for it to be collected; meanwhile I chose a replacement tv from a better known manufacturer. Thank you AO.com for creating a solution from an aggravating problem. That is how AO.com made me happy.
