I purchased a hot point fridge freezer back in February through AO this year. It developed a fault so I contacted Hot Point directly to rectify it after 4 weeks still not repaired. Hot Point customer service is awful they do not care and pass from pillar to post. In desperation I called AO and within 24 hours Joel had sorted everything out for me a replacement already on it's way. Not a Hotpoint I might add I would never buy their product again. I cannot recommend AO highly enough efficient courteous and caring thank you Joel best customer service I've had 👏👏👏👏👏
