Crew number HeyV200. Stephen and Clare who delivered my Beko fridge / freezer this morning were absolutely great, kind and courtesy. They arrived on time and couldn’t have been more helpful. I am an 78 year old widow and it was very re-assuring to deal with such lovely people. Also I received excellent telephone service from a lady I spoke to at AO when I rang to cancel my recycling request on my old fridge / freezer I have no hesitation in recommending AO and will certainly use them again.
