Told them that the property was on a main road and unloading was only between 10am and 4pm. Driver arrived. couldn't park so went away.
Re-arranged the delivery for the following Saturday. When driver got there and realised that it was for a third floor flat, despite it being on the delivery instructions and job ticket, he claimed he had a bad back and drove off! Never, ever again will we buy from this company!!! Wait time to get through to complain is over an hour and they never call back even though they say they will.
