E-mail and text communications prior to delivery were timely with concise information. On the day of delivery an e-mail advised delivery would be between 7 and 11am. Received a phone call at 07.32 to say team number HEYV181 would deliver between 08.00 and 08.45. They delivered at 08.10. They were polite and courteous. Highly recommend this delivery team and the whole service from ao.com. Brilliant, keep up the good work.
