I was unable to take delivery of the appliance because it wasn't on the delivery van on the specified day of delivery. The issue was handled professionally and a full explanation was provided by the delivery crew and as a good will gesture I was offered and accepted free appliance fitting and a convenient delivery date and time. I raised a complaint with customer service regarding the handover process/system (appliance from warehouse to delivery crew). Despite this unfortunate situation I was reassured by the professional, knowledgeable and helpful manner of the all staff involved. Today I have taken receipt of my new appliance. It was delivered and fitted by Stephen and Clare (Crew number HEYPMA) The delivery and fitting was completed without any issue. They were friendly and a pleasure to meet and they advised me of the necessary steps to complete regarding first use etc. before leaving. Would I use AO again? - I don't need to think twice! Of course I would ! .....and will definitely recommend them. Fantastic service !!! Thank you
