When they delivered, it was a much different piece, as they changed the style, but used the same name. They wanted $900 to return the item, so we initiated a chargeback after the fact. We won the chargeback with the CC company, and now they are sending us invoices and threatening to send to a collection agency. Read the other reviews-this is par for the course with Arhaus.
