It has been 7 years and Arhaus still hasn’t resolved my issue with a refund for a 1500$ coffee table that was delivered unassembled and they refused to assemble it.
I bought 16 dinner chairs that they shipped without wrapping them so I had to return 12 that broke in shipping.
I bought an easy chair that looked like it was upholstered by a child and they “fixed” it and it is still a mess.
Do not buy anything from Arhaus!
