I am a recurring customer and I really appreciate the online shopping experience and the quality of the coffee. The descriptions very accurately reflect the actual coffees. Not to mention, the actual coffee is always very high quality and fresh. One thing I do not enjoy is that I commonly have issues with shipping. Sometimes I get my order within a week of ordering, but probably half of the time it takes about 2-3 weeks from the time I order to receive it. I have just started to buy in advance of when I will need more, but I really wish the shipping was much faster. Just to reiterate, the quality and variety of coffee offered is exceptional, but I do wish the processing and shipping of orders was faster.
