Unfortunately for me I was unable to use the Artizan Coffee Roasting coffee pods as I had purchased a Nespresso Vertuvo Plus machine for which only Nespresso coffee pods can be used with the Vertuvo Plus machine per their patient. When I contacted Artizan about returning these coffee pods Mr. Hansel told me about the patient restrictions and immediately offered to refund my money with return of the Artizan coffee pods. I was really impressed with Artizan’s quickness in accepting the return and refunding of my money as this isn’t the usual experience in today’s world.
