There is an address issue within my account. I have the address updated but the coffee was still sent to the wrong address. When I called 2x to get this sorted out, they were able to help me but the response time was delayed. Ultimately, the post office forwarded my coffee so it worked out. They are still looking into the issue of multiple addresses and said I would have an answer in a week. Everyone was very kind and courteous during my interactions.
