I had ordered, on line, 7 sleeves of pods for Nespresso machine. The very next day i was informed by Nespresso personnel that your pods will ruin the programming of my machine and not to use it. I assumed it was just a ‘bad mouthing’ the competition remark so i called your office to verify. Your personnel confirmed that it will not work on my machine. This was verified after they got my serial number of the nespresso machine and a photo of it. Your personnel confirmed that the delonghi lattisma machine is the only machine that it will not work with. They would not cancel the order and told me to refuse the package and not to take delivery. Unfortunately the ups person left it on my front door w/o informing me. It took (one named Hans in your org) to tell me he cannot help me and refused to accept return. I have not opened the package and is in its original box and completely sealed.
On a follow up call i asked for you and i was on hold for about 45 mins and nobody came to the phone. As sich i am disputing your charge and i want to accuse you of FALSE ADVERTISING. Your message clearly states that your pods are compatible with the Nespresso machine.
