I bought the Bonavita Enthusiast 8-Cup Drip Coffee Brewer with Thermal Carafe based on NYTimes Wirecutter review and am very pleased. Artisan's price was the best I found online and shipping was extremely fast (2 days). They even sent a pkg of their coffee to sweeten the deal. The coffee was sent separately and just came today, so I haven't sampled it yet, but it smells good. The machine is very easy to use with clear instructions. The water tank is removable and easy to fill. The coffee filter holder slides in and out easily. The pot is a thermal container, so there is no hot plate (yay). It makes excellent coffee--8 cups (about 4 mugs)-- in only a few minutes. The machine is attractive and sturdy.
