We ordered a set package [four different coffees, two boxes of each -- with 8 pods per box, total 64]. We tried each of the 4 flavors but we really did not like the taste. Our expectation was that while we were stuck with the opened boxes, we could return the 4 unopened boxes [32 pods] to Artizan for a refund. However Artizan does not provide refunds for unopened boxes of pods.
In our opinion, the flavor descriptions are inaccurate/misleading and the customer has no recourse.
