This was a disappointment. I did receive my coffee in a timely manner, and my order was filled correctly, but the quality of the coffee was not good. It was very watery, very poor tasting, and left a soapy aftertaste. I asked someone else to try it and they agreed. I wanted to like this so badly because I love the convenience of my Nespresso machine and hate being wasteful and contributing to landfills. This seemed like a great solution, but the taste and consistency is something I can't get past. I also don't think the FAQs are accurate, which is disappointing. There's a statement that Nespresso doesn't have organic coffee, but they do have a few options/blends that are organic. And you say they dont offer Fair Trade coffee, but they offer both Fair Trade and Rain Forest Alliance certified coffee options too. Some, not all, but it's dishonest for you to say they don't offer those.
