When I ordered I didn't understand all they sell is expresso. I thought I was ordering some espresso and some regular coffee. When I called to tell them about my misunderstanding, I was informed there are no refunds ever unless the packaging has been damaged. Was also told there was nothing that could be done, even though I hadn't opened anything except 1 package and that their policies are on their website. Which I'm sure is true.
Just be aware when ordering here to understand and read carefully the policies. It was rather a rude awakening for me.
The 2 expresso pods I have tried were good.
