I loved this company and their coffee, but I can’t deal with their poorly designed nespresso pods. I stopped buying from these guys for 6 months because 50% of their pods just would work — they would just drip out water. They sent me replacements, which were even worse. I’ve been happily using a number of other brands for the past 6 months, but thought I’d try Artizan one more time. Same problem. It’s such a waste of money and I don’t understand how they do not recognize this problem. Never experienced it with any other brand. Not only that, I bought my favorite coffee I used to buy from them before, and it is much noticeably worse. I’m not sure if this is just a batch thing, but unfortunately this is my last order from Artizan.
