I found the coffee itself to be of excellent quality and enjoyed it very much, but for me, the problem lies in the pods. While I was using an Artizan pod this morning, it actually got stick in my Nespresso machine which has never happened to me before with any other pods I have ever used, so I was really frustrated by that. As a result, I'll have to spend some time prying it out of my machine with a butter knife. I guess it's back to the drawing board for the pod construction/design, however, as I mentioned, the coffee itself is really delicious.
