Ordered tyre on line (with defined fitting location and time) with same day fitting to allow for an MOT retest the next day. Travelled to fitting station to be told no tyre and that I had to contact Asda for any help. Contacted Asda and was old they would respond which they did 2 hours later when I had returned home, they explained the supplier had been late delivering. Asked for a refund and explained my frustration, was told this would be arranged in 48 hours. Chased a week later and finally after 2 more complaints received confirmation the refund would happen within 14 days!! Asda did not meet their contractual commitments and having taken the payment with 2 hours of the order being placed I am told it takes up to 23 days to refund the money. Totally unacceptable and unethical behaviour. Steer well clear of a service with Asda's name on it that is provided by a third party.
