Avoid Asda Tyres - Unreliable Service and Misleading Information Review: I recently ordered a tyre from Asda Tyres online on the evening of 31/12/24. The initial order and payment were processed smoothly. However, I was then given a delivery slot that turned out to be unrealistic. Upon contacting Asda Tyres, I was informed that the tyre had not even been dispatched and my order was subsequently cancelled. Asda Tyres attributed the delay to the New Year period, but they accepted my order and booked a delivery slot despite knowing themselves there would be a significant delay. This caused me considerable inconvenience as I had to rearrange my schedule to locate a tyre elsewhere to be fitted to the car. Furthermore, the refund process was also unsatisfactory. I was initially given a timeframe of 6 working days for the refund to be processed, this would have been on the 13/1/25 However, the refund took significantly longer than expected. And did not arrive until the morning of the 17/1/25. My order was cancelled on the 3/1/25. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Asda Tyres. Their misleading information, lack of proactive communication, and delayed refund process were unacceptable. I would strongly advise other consumers to exercise caution when considering using Asda Tyres.

I am sorry to hear that there was a delay within your order. Unfortunately, as we are a mail order service, this does means we can encounter delays with the delivery of the tyres. As we are a mail order service, this means the tyres are not sent directly through ourselves, and are sent from our suppliers from their warehouse. This is why we have in our terms and conditions (clause 6.3) that delays can occur, and ASDA Tyres cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery and/or fitting.

OMG I would give minus 5 Stars if I could. I naively ordered tyres online in good faith....only today, my supposed 'fitting day' did I read ALL THE APPALLING REVIEWS. They are all totally justified!!!! I called the garage to check all was ready for my 1330 tyre fitting Appt. I spoke to their Manager, polite enough, but despite giving him all the booking reference, car reg, tyre sizes blah blah blah.... HE DID NOT HAVE A CLUE what I was talking about!!!! ASDA you need to mothball this failed venture of yours; small wonder your ASDA Market Share was disastrous over the past Christmas Period!!!! You are totally annoying and alienating your customer base.

Terrible service and terrible system. Booked my tyre change service, received confirmation and instructions to go to a garage. When arrived, garage said they did not have confirmation, and needed 48 hr notice, albeit Asda system allowed me to book for that time and slot. When contacted to seek compensation, they were terrible to help. Had a trip to go to garage and paid more due to a flat tyre. Never again with Asda tyres and suggest avoiding.

If I have the option of zero then my option would have been zero. This company is a joke. The reason I am giving zero is because: I booked two tyres fitting on Dec'2024, Saturday 21st at 09:30 and their fitter called me on the same day and cancelled my appointment. I called customer service and they rescheduled my appointment on Dec'2024, Sunday 22nd at 11:00. On Sunday, the fitter fitted simple job of two tyres after 2 hours of waiting. Simply pathetic experience. It ruined all my weekend plans during Christmas season. My choice is zero rating. Very bad performance.

I don’t think your supervisor has grasped the fact that my wife and I initially took the car to the first fitters, a trip of some 20 miles round trip and waited in the cold for two hours before being told the tyres hadn’t arrived. Then I was booked into second fitters on another day and it was only by chance I phoned just before leaving to see if the tyres were there, when I was told they couldn’t take me until another week had elapsed. I spoke with you on the chat for some two hours that day trying to get matters sorted before I elected to have it done at first fitters yet again. In the anointed day, I took the car there and despite an appointment, had to wait over an hour before they did changed the tyres. If a £10 gift card as a good will gesture represents the time and trouble I’ve had, then I am very disappointed and would refuse it. I’d far rather share my story online on the likes of Facebook, Twitter and anything else that comes to mind plus give negative feedback on Trust pilot. I am sure no sane person would think it reasonable and to my mind it would be £10 well spent. You may wish to share the contents of this email with your said supervisor.

Used this service for some years now, always have the tyre brand with the features I want at competitive price. Fitting service can vary, one Taunton garages was not helpful or prompt on fitting time, told the guy had gone to lunch even though the slot was booked! Didn't respond to a letter of complaint, pleased to see they are NOT used any more. On the other hand the Axminster fitter is excellent, friendly and always on time. I would thoroughly recommend this service and Castle if you're fussy about the tyres you want. Well done ASDA.

Lost my tyres. The couriers fault, but still Asda Tyres couldn't do anything but contact the courier. I've beeen waiting a month to have this resolved. Didn't really help me as the customer at all. Please do better to help your customers Asda Tyres!!!

Rubbish. Ordered five days ago. Booked time off work to have the tyres fitted. Turned up and no tyres. Now waiting to hear from fitters who are trying to locate the tyres. Won't be using Asda again.

The tires ordered have not been delivered. I showed up at the appointed time to the people who were supposed to replace my tires and to my surprise they had not received them. So Asda Tyres for me was a waste of time, fuel and nerves. After talking to them they said it would be the supplier's fault not theirs. For me it is their fault my order was registered with them not the supplier....

Avoid. The fitter dropped the car onto the jack crushing the cill. Caused £1500 in damage. After a lengthy process the tyre co paid for the repairs. Asda themselves were less than useless and don’t care at all.

10 minutes before the planned tire change I was informed that the tires were not delivered to the garage because the van broke down, I was offered to change the tires the next day, which was changed to Tuesday of the following week because they do not have Pirelli tires in stock and the ones that were supposed to be there have to stay where the van broke down. Do not buy tires there because they are not worth the stress for the same money you can buy them elsewhere and the installation as delivery is without problems

I bought the tires, I paid the pricethen I get the message that they are not in stock now I have to wait 6 days for the refund I feel robbed of my money for 6 days

Really disappointing, paid £260 for 2 tyres, checked the date code and they are nearly 5 years old so not classed as brand new and almost not even classed as new, contracted customer services and they said they can't do anything about it. Poor show Asda Tyres.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with ASDA Tyres. I placed an order and paid in advance, selecting a specific time slot at 1:00 PM, only to be called at 9:30 AM on the same day to tell me the slot was canceled because they didn’t actually have the tyres in stock. I was asked to wait two more days for the tyres, which was unacceptable given I had already booked a specific time. To make matters worse, the customer representative was rude, even shouting at me instead of being helpful or understanding. Now, instead of providing a quick refund, they’re making me wait a full six working days to get my money back. This experience has left me incredibly frustrated, and I will not be using ASDA Tyres again. They clearly have no regard for customer service or respecting customers' time. Avoid if you can!

ive ordered one tyre online and they didnt show me before fitted by company ,after that ive seen that it looks very old and dirty ,ive check with another company theyve told that its for 2021 ,i asked them after one day bc it was on weekend to either change it with the new one or refund the money they denied .ive paid 340 pounds for one tyre ,its a robbery

Was sent to TT Auto Spares, Perry Barr, Birmingham where my appointment was for 15.00 on a Saturday. Told by very rude manager that garage shuts at 16.00 and “no” they wouldn’t fit them! (£833.96 4x Bridgestone Potenzas) After argument, they decided to fit- three inept males took one & a half hours to carry out the job, in between smoking breaks. Tyre pressures on car info showed 2.9bar OSF, 2.8bar NSF, 2.7bar NSR & 2.5bar OSR and these people get trade from Asda Tyres. You couldn’t make it up- bedside manners are not equatable! Do yourself a favour- find a reputable supplier and fitting centre.

Don't buy any tyres from them, they are selling old or even used tyres, after fitting I noticed the tyre manufactured more than 3 years ago and their treads were only 6.5, they reject my complaint and reject to give me any information to guide me what should I do, you are on your own with this company.

Bought tyres from Asda Tyres, years ago plus fitting. Tyres were not fitted in the alloted time, actually end of the day. Plus they damaged my rims. Recently tried them again but home delivery. They cancelled my order saying no stock. Terrible, terrible company to order from. Do not use, you will ultimately regret it. Really surprised they've not gone out of business.

Avoid: I had 4 newly refurbished alloys, I told the fitter to be careful as the alloys were unmarked! They damaged 3 out of the 4 alloys. Asda customer service did nothing apart from read out their T&C’s and called me a liar and said they kerb marks and not damaged by the fitter. Avoid! I spent £790 with them on performance tyres and got the worst service ever!
