I am so pleased that I replaced my tyres with Adsa Tyres. I feel that I got a much better price than with Audi directly. I opted for the 2 wheel alignment option at £29.99 having replaced 2 tyres. Audi offered at 4 wheel alignment at £400! Sorry but do one Audi! I stupidly thought I knew the exact tyre specs and ordered the wrong tyre. Thankfully when I called Asda Tyres, to make a last minute change to the type upon realisation of my mistake, I had only one telephone option to go through to speak to a human. Furthermore that human was the angelic Emily who delivered world class customer service. Emily is an absolute testament to your company and knows how to look after a customer, especial one in a panic having spent a few hundred quid on the wrong tyres! She resolved my issue in a matter of minutes with a great deal of patience. I would like to thank Emily (from somewhere in the North East!) for your help and implore management to look after your people like Emily who uphold your highly regarded reputation.
