Ordered tyres on a Wednesday to be fitted at work on the Friday. Fitter rang me to say he now couldn't do it until Monday. I contacted Asda Tyres and received a cancellation email on the Thursday. Yet they still took the money out of my account on the Monday!!!! In the meantime I spend £400 getting new tyres. I was told it would take 5-7 working days to get a refund. 8 working days passed and still no refund. I rang and then get an email saying "Your refund is currently being processed, once cleared it should appear in your available balance within 14 days." THIS IS 27 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING A CANCELLATION EMAIL !!!!!!
