Absolutely awful. The fitters they booked me into had no idea I was coming and didn't know they were listed on Asda Tyres - they didn't even have a tyre fitter, meaning the MOT I had booked later that day would have failed if I hadn't gone and retrieved my tyres from them and then paid further money to get them fitted elsewhere. Asda Tyres customer service were then rude and unhelpful, telling me I'm "not allowed" to take the tyres I had bought and paid for away from the garage that they wrongly sent them to. A complete waste of time and effort - I won't be using Asda Tyres again, because what I might save on the cost isn't worth it, in my opinion, for the complete lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. that I have had.
