Only gave 1 star as I cannot give zero. Booked and paid for my tyres but on arriving at the garage for fitting, not tyres and no appointment. When I contacted customer services, they went off to check my story. They did confirm that my order was not complete and that my money would be refunded in 7 plus days.... When I asked for a quicker return of my money, I was asked if I had read the T&Cs... I did ask for a supervisor or someone who could authorise the return of MY money, but I was refused. A further email to customer services has also gone unanswered (I am not surprised as it took customer services 25 minutes to actually answer my call to them. I am really surprised that this is part of Asda as I would have expected much better customer service. My advice, stay away and go somewhere else.
