Ordered 4 tyres for my SUV from ASDA tyres (mainly because impressively I was offered a slot the following day - a Sunday no less!) . I went to the allotted appointment only to find the tyre centre doesnt even open on a Sunday.... Phoned the tyre fitters Monday... "Oh yeah ASDA tyres hasnt sent them yet, it happens all the time". Got a message that they would be delivered Friday.. Just walked in the door from another wasted trip.. still no tyres... To rub salt in the wound I'm currently on hold with ASDA tyres so I can cancel my order... In their defence they are at least consistent in their customer service... I've been on hold on for 7 minutes with nothing happened yet.... I would highly recommend Blackcircles or Tyreshopper. Of course I will need to wait at least 5 days for a refund to appear in my account....
