Purchased 4 tyres from Asda which included fitting at one of their chosen fitters. Tyres fitted but one wheel was damaged. Returned to fitter to point out the damage and was laughed at and discriminated. They mentioned if I had gone direct to them, they would have given money back but as I used Asda, I’ve not even paid the correct price. Asda customer service initially agreed with my dispute having reviewed the pictures but then later changed stance and decide to blame curb damage. The pictures of the damage clearly show fitting damage. No mention or apologies made for the discrimination or way I was treated. Very upset and would recommend you avoid using Asda at all costs as they do not have customers interest at heart.
