Booked and paid for 4 new tyres got a booking appointment for 29/06/2024 for 9am,got be at the centre half hour before,got to place at 40 minutes before my allocated time,place was still shut turns out they open at 9 n not 8 as asda said,waited it out dead on 9 a guy opens I drove my car in to be greeted with a very grumpy young man,explained I booked tyres and paid on line showed him ref number as asda suggest,to be told that reference don't mean anything to him n I need to come back at 10,i said no as iv been booked for 9,then i showed an email confirmation he said don't think I have the tyres I said you joking been ordered past 3 days,he went off come back I have some and i need to go and come back in an hour,not a problem but I'm not local to that area so i sat and waited on the road side,even though it states online this place offers a waiting room.guy now leaves my car to fix a puncture on someone else's car then kept leaving the car for other people who came to question for tyres eventually over an hour he gave me back my ca, the state the new tyres been left in with residue all over them not very professional looking at all.drove car home got a noise now coming from the rear off my car that I now have to get a second opinion on.safe to say I wont be coming back, I will continue with my old.garage i had used for years.bad judgement on by behalf. Sorry asda not great for first time customer
