Is anyone thinking of using this shower. Avoid like the plague! I booked a tyre change from home, as I work from home and taking time out is difficult! Only to find out once paid that they didn't book that, instead with a garage 1-hour drive away...no notice... nothing! only to go there to find the tyre wasn't there yet! at the appointed time! only to ring up and be told I'd get a call back from the lady I was speaking to. so I ask if it will be long, as I don't want to wait around... No I'll call you back within the next 15 mins. only to have to call back 30 minutes later for them to tell me they have no idea why I don't have my tyre delivered to the garage and they have to wait for an EMAIL!!! from their supplier. And this idiot regurgitates useless information that I don't need to know, like "I can only apologise"...or "I wouldn't have told you I'd call you back in 15 mins", "it's not our fault sometimes the suppliers take a while replying to the email".... doesn't stop you ringing me back in the allotted 15 mins to say, I can't get in touch! does it...it was everybody's fault but them! so I drive an hour home again. They're the ones I contracted with...not their suppliers or the garage...useless! Their solution "Oh we can refund you in full...IN 7 DAYS!!!"...so put me back to where I was yesterday before you wasted 3 hours of my life, petrol, phone calls
