AVOID AVOID AVOID Booked 4 x tyres for Monday @ 1400, tyres were never delivered with an invoicing error being blamed, was told it would be Tuesday @ 1400 an recieved booking confirmation. Tyres never turned up! After multiple calls made by me to the call centre - that is just as much use as a chocolate fire guard.....was told my tyres havd been found and delivered to a different site. Told by Jake that my tyres would be delivered for 0830 Thursday....Guess what...not delivered...rang at 1120 and was told they had till 1200 for them to be delivered.....at 1200 they hadn't been delivered.....and Jake told me that they had till 1230.....just lie after lie after lie....tyres delivered late afternoon and the fitting garage fitted them ASAP I cant speak highly enough of F1 Autocentres.... Unable to speak to any managers / supervisors, felt like they had taken my money and just didn't care and this is from a loyal asda customer. Took me 5 x emails to their complaints line to get a response of "you have got the tyres fitted so the complaint is solved" ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SAVE TIME / MONEY / ENERGY AND BOOK WITH YOUR LOCAL TURE CENTRE
