I bought a set of Four High Performance Tyres from Asda Tyres only to find they were old stock. Two front tyres one was 3 years 3 months the other tyre 2 years, 2 months old which is older than the car and older than the tyres I had removed. I didn't realise this until I got the rims home. They were only fitted to the rims and not driven on, but Asda REFUSED to change them for newer ones. The tyres have dates on them so my advice is to check before the garage actually fits them to your car. Asda state it is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILTY TO MAKE THEM AWARE that they have supplied old stock even before the tyre depot fit them to your rims.Once fitted to the rim this is the excuse they use not to change any tyre they have supplied.
