Purchased 2 new tyres, 1 was faulty, as it wouldn't hold air. Was told there was nothing wrong with them and it must be the fitters fault. The fitter had 30 years experience and this was the first time he had experienced a fault of this type.
I explained to Asda Customer Service and they still refused to change the faulty tyre.
I emailed them as I wanted my concern escalated, but they have failed to respond.
I really feel aggrieved by Asda tyres and would never use them again.
