I made the mistake of assuming a big brand like Asda would mean a simple hassle free order experience - I was wrong. Ordered two Continental tyres for my car, DHL picked up from Asda and for some reason never delivered on the day of delivery - making me have to reschedule my service date. Contacted Asda customer service who assured me they would be delivered. The next date came and no delivery. Contacted the customer service again who again assured me they would be delivered. No delivery. Finally a week into it, I receive a call from DHL, who said they could not locate the item in depot and asked how they were packaged. I asked Asda Tyres to deal with DHL and they assured me they would be delivered once again. Clearly there was a communication issue with both parties. I cancelled the order and now ASDA TYRES are BULLYING the customer by not refunding me and holding my money hostage with no delivery. Absolute dreadful form. DHL already said they can't locate the item and this their problem, not mine. Yet, Asda think it's fair to bully the customer by not refunding an item until they want to.
