Ordered 2 Michelin tyres, which were more expensive than I could have got elsewhere, but I bought them regardless because I would get a voucher for £50. No sign of the voucher so I contacted them and their reply was that the voucher stated it was "upto £50" but I know I would have looked out for such wording, There was none. I have no way of proving this of course since the wording/website has now gone as new offers apply. To cap it all off, I'm still waiting to receive the much reduced voucher I have been promised (6 weeks after placing order). If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have selected it
