Booked in twice, twice got told by the fitters Asda didnt send the details properly, had to chase this up myself was told it would be the next day twice! Got told to to drive my car instead even though it has flats to an alterantive, got told I could cancel my order for over 300 but it would take 7 days for a refund??? Dont set expectations you cant fulfil. Now I've been told they dont know when they can confirm the mobile fitting. Stay away and order directly and not through Asda. Poor service although their advisors are nice people.
