I ordered and paid for 4 tyres from you to be fitted at Halfords Ripon Road Harrogate. I received numerous email informing me of the booked time, however, once there, Halfords said they had no knowledge of the order and I was sent home tyreless. I received a call from a lovely lady, who informed me that they did not have the tyres that I booked and paid for. She said I would be reimbursed. To date I haven't been. I now receive emails asking me to review and rate the service I received....! Please ASDA just find me 4 tyres like I ordered and inform me when you will fit them.
