The experience I have had with you guys was really poor. We were expecting a suction machine on Monday as promised by you and this was extremely urgent which we told you when placing the order and we were promised it would be here by Monday. It didn't arrive and we rang the office today and we were informed that it has not yet been sent and we would receive it on Tuesday or Wednesday, if we are lucky to receive it by then. Your service is extremely poor and so will not recommend you to anyone at all
