I have tried to file 2 claims for different services which were both listed as covered. The first time I was told documentation I would need from servicing, I acquired and provided it, several weeks later they said they needed additional documentation from BEFORE servicing, which obviously could not be done now since servicing had already been completed to provide the first documentation, as such the claim was denied. The second time, I called to file a claim on a basic service was outright told that isn't covered even though documentation cleared stated it was, leaving me to pay 100% out of pocket. Only thing you can be assured of with Asurion is they will assuredly not provide any assistance.
