Worst service ever. 1st replacement phone was defective. 2nd went to wrong address which I luckily found nearby. Tech coaches did not call back as promised. At one point I had no phone and had to drive 25 minutes each way to Verizon so they could turn it on.
Coaches only wanted to sell me more insurance and kept selling no matter how many times I said no.
First transfer was unsuccessful. Finally, on day 4, found a coach who helped me complete the process.
