I would give negative 100 if I could. My husband was having difficulty with his phone and called what he thought was the phone carrier. The tech person (Rafi/Raphael) was argumentative, rude, talked over my husband and, when my husband asked to speak with a manager, Rafi hung up and actually DISCONNECTED my husband's phone from the carrier. I overheard the conversation and several times Rafi referred to my husband as, "YOU PEOPLE. " Excuse me? Who exactly is Rafi referring to? Customers? Disabled Vets? Not to mention other options such as religion or colour. When I called the carrier, I learned that because my husband uses Asurion for his insurance, when he calls in for support, he gets an Asurion representative first. If he wants to talk to a carrier representative, he has to ask or call a completely different number. Fun fact, the Asurion representative will not tell you they aren't a carrier's representative. Rafi also told my husband he was, "Black listed." right before he hung up on my husband and disconnected his cell service from the carrier WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION OR PERMISSION.
We will be cancelling this policy, needless to say. I will also be cancelling my policy for my phone.
The customer service for this company is truly, absolutely horrible. Rafi laughed at my husband, when he got mad, and actually bullied him. Not to mention his first option for what my husband called about was, "So should I disconnect your service?"
Seriously, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
