Reading through the reviews here I am horrified. This is my second appointment and still no repair person. I got this insurance through Verizon for 5 new phones. What a huge mistake!! My claim is to replace the back of my daughter s phone who is in college so not following through on the agreed upon schedule is a huge inconvenience. They also said that once the back was replace it would no longer be waterproof?? Not sure what that means- do they actually know how to fix a phone? We will see. Also after missing the first appointment I had to start a new claim and got the same runaround as everyone else and upselling, upselling BS that seems to be standard practice. You are much better off just using someone local in your area to get stuff fixed. I will be updating this response as soon as they show up to fix the phone. Looks like I have to fight with Verizon to cancel this and get my money back on the other 4 phones. Getting a new phone from Verizon, do not get this insurance!
