Canceled my claim after the in-store location that allegedly had the part did not have the part on two separate visits. On one occasion I called in advance to ask if they had the part (yes we do) and then when I went in person they didn't have it.
After I cancelled the claim, I called corporate to discuss an alternative solution since their repair shop didn't work. However, because I cancelled the claim, Asurion corporate said I had never made a claim at all. I had the claim emails and cancellation on my phone, but they would only go by what the "system" had, and allegedly it did not have my claim. Insane. Absolutely useless company.
