My phone screen broke almost amonth ago, with the o my opinion to get it replaced with my insurance being through Asurion, I scheduled my appointment, the closest one being a week out, and the day if the appointment I get notified they cannot fix it because the part was not in stock. We rescheduled for 2 weeks away and the day of my appointment it gets rescheduled without contacting me, after being on the phone for over an hour I had to cancel the claim all together. I was given reasons from "we overbooked our timeslots" to "the technician should have reached out to you" and finally being told they still did not have the part. Needless to say this company is a joke and if you can get your needs taken care of anywhere else I would suggest doing so.
But I was offered the option to mail my phone off for it to be fixed, I've been u able to use anything in my phone that requires a thumbprint due to the broken screen, so yeah, 0 stars if possible.
