Verizon and Asurion do not disclose you have to have the service for a month before they it starts covering all devices.
What a waste.
DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE.
It’s not worth the time.
Asurion reps will insist on selling more coverage for all your products, even during the call where you’re trying to set up your claim. But in the end, they will give you the runaround before denying any service. I had an iPhone 15 pro that was damaged the very next day I signed up for it for the service. No one took the time to go over any details that specify the amount of time you have to wait for the service to kick in. Now I’m out a brand new phone.
