I have now been rescheduled for a repair 3 times. I have been told now that the only options they'll offer for not having to drive 50 miles one way is to PAY THEM $100 for them to send me a new phone. Why are they trying to MAKE MONEY off of a claim?! They won't honor their offer if it means sending out a tech to an area on the edge of their coverage. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO KEEP THEIR WORD. Not to mention they are incredibly rude on the phone. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I hope management or higher up sees one of these reviews and does something about this.
