The worst, don’t waste your time and money on them. Purchased their extended warranty on a lawn mower from Tractor Supply. It is dead in less than a year. Waisted about 6 to 8 hours on the phone, took a week to get a local referral. They said there is nothing they can do as it is still under the Toro warranty. Which doesn’t cover any to the repairs needed.the best they can do is tell me to call them back in two years after the Toro warranty expires and try them again when their coverage starts. Sound like they are a total fraud, shame on tractor supply for selling a fake warranty.
