This has been a disaster. I would NEVER recommend this service and I cannot believe that AT&T has partnered with this company to provide this service. And to think that I almost signed up to cover all my devices, wow that would have been a huge mistake. My iphone has been losing battery life over the last few months, so given that I have the protection plan, AT&T told me to file a claim. I did, and Asurion was the company responsible for executing. Well they took. the claim and made arrangements to come to my home and replace the battery. That was all easy enough and went smoothly. The technician came on time and changed out the battery. However, thats when the wheels fell off. Less than 24 hours later, my phone keeps turning off every 2 minutes. It is fully charged, but will not cooperate. I cannot accomplish any work or personal activities. Using my wife's phone, I called up and all they could offer is to send me a refurbished iphone that will arrive in 2 days. What am I supposed to do until then. How can I trust this "refurbished phone". I basically traded a working phone with mild/moderate battery life issues for a nonworking phone and the promise of a refurbished broken phone. Total scam, I am so disappointed and will do everything in my power to make sure no one has a similar experience.
