Company waisted 3 days and HOURS Of me calling. I stayed on top of my appointments even called every hour to make sure they were coming.. they never came never called me back. To today after talking to the 15 customer service person ive talked to , they tell me that my phone sounds like its not repairable,keep in mind i told every person what was wrong with my phone… talked to someone “higher up” she did absolutely nothing but repeat there policy over and over again.. told me it would be $275 for them to do anything.. what a waste. Do not waste money on the monthly insurance ! They dont do anything and there staff is incompetent! They cost me 3 days of work and could absolutely careless RUNNNN
