Worst experience I’ve ever had with a 3rd party warranty company. Opened my claim and once I shipped it with the shipping label provided they sent my package back to me twice with “return to sender” stamped on my shipping label before finally they said they received it after the third attempt. That took 3 weeks alone. The time it took for them to determine if my diagnostic scanner was repairable or not was very quick, I always give credit where credit is due. That being said I have only given 2 bad reviews in my life this being the second one. Sent me an email that they approved my refund and had sent off my check that day. Then the following day I received another email stating I need to follow this link to get my refund back on a gift card, so I called and they said it was a mistake and that the check was sent out and will be arriving in 7-10 business days. No tracking number provided either for a check that’s well over 2k. It’s been 19 business days and still nothing, and they said they can’t cancel that check and expedite me another check until it’s been 25business days. Not a care in the world from them, I run my own automotive diagnostic and repair business. To top it all off Ive only been able to accept about 30% of the work coming at this time without the proper diagnostic equipment needed to work on all these newer vehicle which require you to have tool just to perform basic maintenance and repairs. It is not only costing me money but it’s also making my company look very unprofessional and unprepared which in turn makes the customers lose what confidence and trust that they thought they had from a referral by one of my “word of mouth customers” customer service and customer satisfaction is so important in the success of a company it’s basic common sense and In just doing that alone has made me successful in my own business, but I guess it’s not the same business practice in a big insurance company. Sad that I even have to tell people my issues, just hoping that it may save someone the biggest headache for what should be one of the simplest processes offered but I do hope that someone do see this and doesn’t buy your “services” and unfortunately I can’t leave this review on your website nor google…. I wonder why…. I have to do it hear sense you’ve blocked every way possible for a real review to be shown on your platform and I’m not talking about the fake ones that every big company has all over their website and platforms. Thanks again and I will always make sure i alway never recommend your s***** a** company to anyone. 😊
