Verizon should not have Asurion as a vendor. In my opinion, they committed fraud by billing my Verizon bill for a protection plan that I did not order. With lack of response from Asurion I brought Verizon in to my situation. I have utilized Verizon for over 20+ years. Verizon credited my account to my satisfaction. My local Verizon store shared with me that they experience complaints regarding Asurion more that any other issues. Do not do business with Asurion or you can be assured that you will have issues with this company.
