Twice we showed up to the theatre and found that the seats we had reserved were sold to another customer. Atom customer service just said it was an issue with Megaplex systems and failed to make any compensation. I’ve asked to cancel my subscription and even though they failed in allowing me to use my paid benefits are still holding me to the full subscription. Why should I continue to pay for something I’m not able to use because of a fault of theirs.
